I seem to recall a similar proposal a long time ago. I know adding a feature as I describe would be a lot of work, but if a functioning version of what I describe were to become possible, I believe it could add a bunch of new functionality as a designer including better and faster letter construction, the ability to round off corners and the ability to create rounded versions of a font. Second, I would love to have the ability to randomize the blur radius, setting a max and min and having it pick random sizes between. This would work much like the existing expand stroke options. First the ability to refine the size of the blur radius depending on the orientation of the line. If this were to be implemented I would request two additional features to be included in the dialogue box. Other rules would have to be made for all the possibilities, obviously, but it doesn't strike me as in anyway frivolous to request something resembling a blur tool, which could be used to create a rounded font.Īnother note.
